First I have got to say … they don’t rent to locals because they don’t want to be a drug motel. It’s just easier that way. I’ve been staying at the Yarmouth Resort for the past 4 or 5 years. I’m from Cape Cod but I don’t live on Cape Cod. When I’m in town I have lots of visitors. These people mind the own business and let me visit with my friends and family no questions asked. Although I don’t like the smell of the cleaner I feel it’s a great trade off for the privacy I’m given. Yes the lady at the front does interrupt and make it difficult to speak. But she is doing her best and is actually a very sweet lady if you get past that. They all are lovely. I’ve never had a problem they cannot resolve. They are not taking care of one room, they’re taking care of all the rooms. Be patient. And I will continue to return every year.

I wouldn’t describe the rooms as dated, but more in line with the general homey feel of Cape Cod. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable, and the pool was very nice. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order when we were there, but overall I would recommend Yarmouth Resort to others. It’s a great value and close to many attractions.

Our family has been staying at The Yarmouth Resort for almost ten years. We try to come at least a few times every summer. Each room is unique, and the updated rooms all have hardwood floors and a kitchenette, which is key with small children. It’s sort of a hidden gem. Clean, spacious rooms that are affordable on the Cape. Basic amenities, indoor/outdoor pool, no restaurant on site, but one of the best restaurants on the Cape is right next door to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough about how much we love coming here!

I booked for a 3 day stay this week. My sisters also booked the same with the families. We usually stay here every year. So I encouraged them to come along. This resort continues to be my favorite resort that I have stayed in. The reviews are inaccurate. It’s comfortable, clean and accommodating. And my standard of clean is very high. We stayed in the family suite. It’s spacious and we had our own deck space. It was very clean and the the staff was extremely friendly helpful!

The outdoor pool is so much fun. There are tables, chairs and gas grills to use. Perfect for those times you don’t want to leave and want to hang out poolside. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room along with laundry. The rooms are pet friendly if you want to bring your pet. The rooms are nice and clean. Family rooms with multi bedrooms, kitchenette rooms queen size and king size beds. The staff is so friendly.

I was happy with my stay. It was my first time taking my dogs on vacation with me and we all had a great time. The restaurant next door is also very good, and has paths to it from the parking lot. I’m thinking of going back around harvest time to check out the cranberry bogs just up the road.
